At Colossal Blades, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and reliably. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional cost (rates calculated at checkout).

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this link to follow your package until it is delivered.

Colossal Blades is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
